about

The second episode of the Extra Virgin project delivers a pure family collection of tracks created by our homemade artists Minimono, The Clover, Rufus and David Campanini: a 4 tracks ep for any appeal and the good times are back!
Minimono again hits with a very strong funky filtered track originally combining their 70's attitude with a contemporary filter house production expressing themselves at the top. "Feel Better" is an amazing rework of a mysterious funky old '70s song, and the result is so strong on the dance floor that when you'll play it ...you'll really Feel Better!
The second track sees the debut on Bosconi from our beloved producer David Campanini who drops out an emotional and symphonic funky assault inspired by Blaxploitation movies soundtracks, Roy Ayers and co., where the slapped bass, the wha wha guitar, the epic horns and the immediate feeling will drive you from the chair into the middle of the party. Shake yo booty!!
B side starts with the already known Rufus that after his EP on Extra Virgin 01 comes back with this rubbery and slow building Disco House track. Here Rufus shows us again how the nice "cuts on the voices" style, the combination of sounds from vintage instruments like rhodes and guitar passed by analog valvular machines, and, especially, real strings, could create an atmospherical jump in the past, where also John Travolta couldn't stop keep on dancing all night long!
Last but not the least is the one from the youngest freaky trio The Clover introducing you a groovy jacked out track with a solid drum and an overwhelming clap. The bass from their bassplayer G- key and the pads movements give a deep touch of soul at work. Sweet, emotional, crazy, romantic and with a touch of the earliest Pepe Bradock's productions, "In da Wood" creates a very rare and original moment on the dance floor, and it could be helpful for your opening sets or as the perfect soundtrack of your love story, that night..
